Consider using separate cutting boards for fresh produce and bread, raw meats, poultry and seafoods, dairy products, and cooked foods. This will prevent bacteria on a cutting board that is used for raw meat from contaminating a food that requires no further cooking. You can even purchase color-coded cutting boards to help you keep them separate.

If I’m not doing anything with myself by the time I’m forty years old (or maybe thirty six), I think I’m going to organize a team of ordinary people by day, ninja vigilantes by night. We can all go hide-out where bad things happen, and try to make good out of them. Maybe I’ll call myself The Green Eyed Bandit. My means of transportation could be rollerblades with real blades on them. Or a bumper car from the carnival, but specially outfitted for my needs. I could a real life magician that makes bad guys disappear? How about a paperboy that throws special newspaper that makes mean people nice? I should start writing children’s books or comic books.

I don’t know what it is, but I absolutely love the smell of stickers. I think I’m going to cover my upper lip with stickers so that it’s all I can smell, forever. Remember how cool sticker collecting was back in the day? I used to have some awesome sticker books that my mom got me. Before collecting sneakers, t-shirts, and arcade machines- collecting stickers was the jam! Speaking of, new stickers + pins have just been added to the online shop! Some starting at just .99 cents! Tuesday Tips: Bad Posture Posted by Johnny

Spending a lot of time at a computer or at a desk can create a bad posture that not only looks unattractive, but is also unhealthy for your spine. Do the posture check every hour: sit up straight, press your shoulders down and slightly back to open chest– then lean slightly so your shoulders are lined up over your hips, lift your chin slightly and line your ears up over your shoulders, then center your head over your shoulders. Feels good!
