Jan 27, 2012: I have been a very loyal subway patron - to the extent that I use the subway carry bag wherever I can. But discontinuing the sub-of-the-day is criminal! Especially tuna on Saturday.
Yes agree with Ami about this outlet, the service is pleasant - except for the fact that they don't accept meal vouchers....

Ryan's frankie is ambrosial - Meats N More, Powai - Jan 27, 2012

Jan 27, 2012: I don't know if the business is added as a separate one, but this is the address for one of the best frankie's in town. The filling I think was home-cooked, and the mayonnaise dressing was out of the world. We had to wait 10 mins because of the rush, but it was more than worth it! Can't wait to visit again.

Now for the listed business: took a walk around the store - they have all possible variants of frozen meat, cold cuts, breads (the subway kinda footlongs), salad dressings, ice creams (Mother Dairy party packs that are otherwise hard to find), etc. A delight for non-vegans....

Still prefer KFC or McD - The Big Burger, Powai - Jan 27, 2012

Jan 27, 2012: Went by their suggestion and ordered a mutton burger; although a bit rare, it wasn't out of the world. You could easily put one together by getting some mutton cutlets. At 100 bucks for the premier burgers, found it a little overpriced. There's a lot you can do with 100 at KFC & McD....

Finally something for the westerners - Bistro Grill, Kandivali East - Jan 27, 2012

Jan 27, 2012: Those staying in the western suburbs finally don't have to go all the way to Powai for BistroGrill. I've been waiting for the launch Growels since some time, and finally got a change to try it last week. We ordered a BBQ chicken combo meal that had 4 juicy pieces of chicken (1 full leg + breast) served with 3 dips, salad, pita bread & a large soft drink. It was a little less warm for a BBQ :( but other than that it was more than filling and VFM at 199 (incl taxes). They can surely become the de facto choice for non-veggies provided rates are competitive compared to vendors in the food court serving...
